This policy covers suryamtech.com and the SuryamTech Solar mobile app, operated by M/s Suryamtech Engineering, Bhopal (GSTIN 23BNAPP8841C1Z7). Last updated: 7 August 2026.
What we collect
- Contact details you give us — name, mobile number, email and address — when you request a quote, book a survey, raise a support ticket or register on the customer portal.
- Documents you upload for your solar installation — electricity bill, Aadhaar, PAN, bank details, property documents, roof photos and videos. These are needed for government subsidy and net-metering applications.
- For Suryamtech STAFF using the team console: work activity and, for field staff, attendance location (GPS) captured only when they tap the attendance or site-visit buttons.
- Basic technical data (device type, language preference, day/night theme) stored on your own device to make the site work.
What we do NOT do
- We never sell your data to anyone.
- No advertising trackers, no third-party analytics cookies.
- The app requests camera, photo and location permissions only when you use a feature that needs them (uploading a document, capturing a site photo, marking attendance) — never in the background.
Where your data lives & who sees it
- All data is stored in India (Mumbai region) on Supabase, with documents in private, encrypted storage — files are accessible only through short-lived signed links.
- Only authorised Suryamtech staff (protected by two-factor authentication) can view customer records, and only what their department needs.
- We share your details only where the service requires it: government/DISCOM portals for subsidy and net-metering, banks for loan cases (with your consent), Razorpay for online payments, and email delivery services for sending you documents.
- The website chatbot answers from Suryamtech's own information; if you share your number for a callback, it goes only to our sales team.
Your rights & account deletion
- You can see every document you've uploaded, and its verification status, any time in the customer portal.
- To correct your details, download your data, or DELETE your portal account and its documents, call 99936 42777 or email suryamtechengg@gmail.com — we complete deletion requests within 7 working days (documents already filed with government/bank processes are retained as legally required).
